The Notification Section is where you configure how your users will receive updates and notifications related to your campaign. This includes managing SMS Sender IDs and No Reply Email addresses.
SMS Sender ID #
What is an SMS Sender ID?
SMS Sender ID (also known as Caller ID for SMS) is the name or number that appears on the recipient’s phone when they receive a text message related to your game campaign. It identifies who sent the SMS.

How can I set up my SMS Sender ID?
To set up the SMS Sender ID, you must coordinate with your designated SKALE Account Manager.
What to expect:
- Contact your Account Manager: They can guide you through the registration and whitelisting process specific to your target country.
- Country-specific requirements: Be aware that some countries have regulations around SMS Sender IDs and message content. These might restrict using your brand name (e.g., “SKALE”) or limit the content of your SMS messages (e.g., no links, specific keywords).
No Reply Email #
What is a No Reply Email?
This is the email address used when sending automated campaign emails from your campaign, such as password reset instructions, promotional offers, or in-game updates. This address does not accept incoming messages.

How can I set up my No Reply Email?
You will need to set up the actual “No Reply” email address through your chosen external email provider.
This typically involves creating a new email address specifically for campaign notifications with a name like “noreply@[yourcompanyname].com” or noreply@[gamename].com.
