What are the minimum and maximum number of clicks?
- Minimum: You can set a minimum of 1 click to win. This can be used for instant-win scenarios or to reveal smaller rewards.
- Maximum: The platform allows a maximum of 100 clicks to win. This enables you to create a more engaging experience where players need to participate multiple times to uncover a high-value reward.
How can I set the number of clicks?
You can type your desired numerical value in the space provided below it.

Preview #

Reward Mechanisms #
This section automatically replaces out-of-stock rewards, ensuring a smooth user experience. By preventing disappointment when a desired reward is unavailable, it keeps the excitement alive for our Spin and Win, Scratchcard, and Click to Win games.
What happens when I enable this Reward Mechanisms?
This feature automates the reward system within your campaign, ensuring a smooth user experience. Here’s how it works:
- Finding alternatives: If a user attempts to claim an unavailable reward, the system searches for an alternative reward from your campaign’s inventory that is still in stock.
- Seamless experience: If a suitable replacement is found, the system automatically awards the alternative reward to the user. This avoids any disappointment or confusion that might arise from encountering an out-of-stock reward.

Quick Reference: At the top of the Reward Mechanisms, you can see a section displaying the “Main Game” title along with the type of game you’ve currently selected (e.g., “Spin and Win”). This acts as a handy reminder of the overall context.
Reward Messages #
This section enhances engagement and excitement by enabling tailored messages that celebrate wins or losses, highlight available rewards, and encourage continued participation in our Spin and Win, Scratchcard, and Click to Win games.
What are Reward Messages?

To upload an image as your chosen content type, you can follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Main Game and scroll down to the Content Type section.
- Click the Browse button and upload your image.

What are the requirements for selecting an image as the content type?
Recommended Image Formats:
We recommend using images in either JPG or PNG format. These formats offer a good balance of quality and file size, making them suitable for web-based applications.
Image Size Considerations:
The platform accepts images of any size. However, it’s crucial to consider how they will be displayed. Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Smaller is Better: Larger images will be compressed to fit the prize size, potentially losing quality and details. Choose images that are already relatively small or sized appropriately.
- Maintain Aspect Ratio: When resizing images, try to maintain their original aspect ratio (width-to-height proportion) to avoid distortion when displayed on your campaign.
Text #
What happens when I choose ‘Text’ in the Content Type section?
Choosing “Text” as the Content Type allows you to display a simple text description of the prize offered within your campaign. An example can be “50 points” for a win row or “Spin again!” for a lose row.

How do I customize the text in the Content Type section?
You can customize the message by typing directly into the designated space provided.

Is there a character limit for text in the Content Type section?
Yes, there is a character limit for the message. This is typically around 20 characters to ensure the text remains readable at its designated space.
Can I customize the font of the text in the Content Type section?
At present, the platform doesn’t offer the ability to customize the font used for these messages. The platform utilizes a pre-defined default font to ensure consistency and readability across all campaigns.
Can I customize the text color of each row?
Yes, you can customize the text color for each row. This allows you to:
- Enhance Readability: Choosing high-contrast text colors can improve readability, especially if your background colors are dark or vibrant.
- Match Your Theme: By selecting text colors that align with your overall game theme and branding, you can create a more cohesive and visually appealing campaign.

How can I customize the text color of each row?
To customize the text color of each row, you can follow these simple steps:

Reward Awarded #
How does the Reward Awarded section work?
The Reward Awarded section allows you to define the point value or voucher series that a user receives if they land on that specific row during one game try.

Points #
How can I assign points to each row?
You can check the box next to the Points section to reveal a field where you can enter a numerical value.

Are there limits on point values I can assign?

You can add a voucher that will be automatically awarded to users when they land on a specific row during a game try.
How many vouchers can I assign to each row?
You can add as many vouchers as you like, as long as they are active in the Voucher series.

Result Title #
How does the Result Title section work?
The Result Title section allows you to define whether a particular row results in a win or a loss for the user. It is directly connected to the reward message displayed after each spin. There are two main options for this: Win Title and Lose Title.

What is a Win Title?
The Win Title designates the title as a winning outcome. When the user lands on this, they will see a celebratory “Win Title” message displayed, along with any associated points or rewards.

What is a Lose Title?
The Lose Title designates the title as a losing outcome. Landing on this won’t grant the player any reward, and they will see a “Lose Title” message offering consolation or encouragement to keep playing.

Chance #
How does the Chance section work?
The Chance section reflects the probability (as a percentage) of a player landing on a particular row during the game. It essentially determines how often that row will appear compared to others.

How does Chance affect my Result Titles?
When you increase the chances of winning or losing titles, it alters how frequently users receive those titles. By adjusting these probabilities, you can determine how likely users are to earn titles that also award them points.
How can I assign chances to my Main Game?
To assign chance to your Main Game, you can follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Main Game and scroll down to the Chance section.
- Enter a Numerical Value.

A Multiplier is a tool that allows you to dynamically adjust the probability of a specific outcome or reward based on certain conditions, such as user behavior, spending, or other criteria.
How to use Multipliers?
- Set Conditions: Define the conditions that trigger the multiplier, such as spending a certain amount.
- Apply the Multiplier: Set the multiplier value, which will multiply the probability of the desired outcome.
- Customize Multiplier Settings:
- Overwrite Multiplier to All Rows: This option allows you to apply the multiplier to all rows, overriding any existing multipliers.
- Apply Multiplier: This option applies the multiplier to the specific row where it’s configured.
- Add More Conditions: Use the plus and minus buttons to add or remove rows and set additional multiplier conditions.
Example:
Let’s say you want to increase the chances of a user winning a specific reward if they spend a certain amount. You can set up a multiplier as follows:

In this example, a user who spends between $10 and $30 will have double the chance of winning the reward, while a user who spends between $50 and $100 will have triple the chance.
By effectively utilizing multipliers and customizing their settings, you can create dynamic and engaging campaigns that offer tailored rewards and experiences to your users.
Reward applies regardless of order #
What happens when I enable the “Reward applies regardless of order”?
This setting determines whether the order of the matched items matters when awarding rewards.
If “Reward applies regardless of order” is enabled:
- The user can match items in any order to win the reward.
- For example, if the winning combination is “A, B, C,” the user can match them in any sequence (e.g., “A, C, B” or “B, A, C”) to claim the reward.
If “Reward applies regardless of order” is disabled:
For example, if the winning combination is “A, B, C,” the user must match them in this specific order to claim the reward.
The user must match items in the exact specified order to win the reward.

Randomize Points Rewarded #
What happens when I enable the ‘Randomize Points Rewarded’?
Enabling this feature introduces an element of variability into the points players receive for answering a riddle correctly. Instead of a single fixed value, the platform will award a random number of points within a range you define.
What is the maximum and minimum points I can set?
The maximum is 100 points while the minimum is 1 point.
