What default Goals type can I track?
The SKALE Platform categorizes Event into four primary goals by default:
- Conversions: These actions occur at the bottom of the sales funnel, such as purchases, receipt uploads, or voucher redemptions. They serve as indicators of your game’s ability to drive sales effectively.
- Conversion Interest: This category includes actions that are nearing conversion, like in-store photo submissions or voucher downloads. It helps in identifying potential customers who are close to making a purchase, utilizing SKALE’s re-engagement tools to facilitate conversion.
- Digital Engagement: This encompasses all interactions within the game, such as sign-ups, spins, answered questions, and daily log-ins. Monitoring these activities allows for insights into engagement levels and player behavior.
- In-store Engagement: This goal focuses on actions taking place physically in stores. Examples include QR code scans indicating store visits, receipt uploads, and in-store voucher or reward redemptions. This category helps in evaluating offline consumer interaction and engagement metrics.
