The Templates section allows you to view, manage, and organize all the pre-created SMS and Email Templates. It serves as a hub for streamlining your notification blasts and ensures that your messaging stays aligned with your campaign goals.
How can I access and view my Notification Blast Templates?
- Log in to your SKALE Enterprise Platform account.
- Hover over the left side panel, select Notification Blast, and then click Templates under the Settings section.
What information can I find in the Templates section?
| Template Data | Description |
| Slug | A unique identifier or URL-friendly version of the template name used for easy reference and system organization. |
| Type | It specifies the method of communication, whether it’s an in-app notification or an SMS message. |
| Subject | The subject line of the notification, which is typically seen in the header of an email or displayed as the title for in-app messages. It helps grab the recipient’s attention. |
| Content | The body or main message of the notification template. It is where the actual communication happens, whether it’s an SMS or in-app message, and includes the message you want to send to the recipient. |
| Language | The language in which the template is written. In this case, “en” stands for English, but other languages can also be chosen based on the recipient’s preferences or requirements. |
| Status | It indicates whether the template is currently active and available for use or inactive, meaning it’s not currently in use or ready for deployment. |
How can I edit and track my Notification Blast Templates?
The platform offers three options for editing and tracking your notification blast templates:
Previewing All Notification Blast Templates
- Go to Notification Blasts and choose Templates.
- Look for the Show entries on the left side of the page.
- Click the number in the Show Entries section: This will display a list of all the notification blast templates depending on the quantity you’ve set which allows you to browse through them.
Keyword Search
- Go to Notification Blasts and choose Templates.
- Look for the Search bar on the right side of the page..
- Simply type in a relevant keyword or phrase related to the notification blast template that you’re looking for. The platform should then filter the list to display only the templates containing your search term.
Exporting All Notification Blast Template
- Go to Notification Blasts and choose Templates.
- Click the Export CSV button on the upper right side of the page.
- You can export the entire list of blast templates as a CSV or Comma-Separated Values file which can be useful for creating a backup or managing your notification blasts in an external spreadsheet program.
