  1. Log in to your SKALE Enterprise Platform account.
  2. Select the Customize Project on the left side panel. 
  3. Click Campaign under the Settings section. 
  4. Scroll down to the Campaign Setup section below the Customize Registration Page.

What is a Campaign Name? 

The Campaign Name is the title you choose for your marketing campaign. This name will be displayed: 

  1. Upon registration for your game. 
  2. On your game’s homepage. 

Why is a Campaign Name important? 

A clear and concise Campaign Name helps users understand what your campaign is about and what makes it unique. It is your first impression, so choose a name that is informative and grabs attention. 

Campaign Short Name #


What is a Campaign Short Name? 

A Campaign Short Name is a brief and distinctive title that appears beneath your game’s app icon and in the tab title. This provides a quick reference to the campaign for users. 

How many characters are allowed for the Campaign Short Name? 

The Campaign Short Name is limited to 12 characters.

What is a SEO Description? 

An SEO description, also known as a meta description, is a summary of your web page that appears under the headline on search engine results pages (SERPs). It helps search engines understand the content of your page and gives users a preview of what they can expect if they click through.  

An effective SEO description can improve your page’s visibility and encourage more clicks by clearly and concisely highlighting the value and relevance of your content. 

How many SEO keywords can I include? 

There is no strict limit on the number of keywords but aim for 10-20 relevant ones.

The Terms & Conditions (T&C) document is a legal agreement that outlines the rules and expectations for using the SKALE Platform. It essentially forms a contract between the users and yourself, establishing your rights and responsibilities when interacting with the platform and the content it hosts. 

T&C documents serve several crucial purposes: 

  • Protecting Users: They define acceptable user behavior on the platform, ensuring a safe and fair environment for everyone. This could include guidelines on communication, and responsible use of features. 
  • Protecting Developers: The T&C outlines the terms under which developers can create and publish games or campaigns on the SKALE Platform. This helps maintain platform quality and protects developers’ intellectual property. 
  • Transparency and Clarity: T&C documents promote transparency by clearly stating the platform’s limitations, user warranties, and potential disclaimers. This helps manage expectations and avoids misunderstandings. 

How can I link my Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions? 

You can link to your game’s legal documents by pasting your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy URL into the designated spaces provided. 

Campaign Duration #


What is a Campaign Duration? 

Campaign Duration refers to the specific time frame during which users can register for or participate in your game. It outlines the start and end dates of the campaign, indicating when users can engage in it. 

How can I set my Campaign Duration? 

To set your Campaign Duration, you can follow these simple steps: 

  1. Go to the Campaign section and scroll down to the Campaign Duration
  2. Click on the Dates Field: This will open a pop-up calendar. 
  3. Choose the Start and End from the calendar to define your campaign period. 
  4. Click the Apply button to save your changes. 

Can users register before the campaign starts? 

Yes, users can register and access the campaign for testing purposes. However, a warning message saying “Campaign not ready yet. Share this URL with caution” will be displayed on top of the page. 

Can I allow users to register even before the campaign starts? 

Yes, you can allow users to create accounts on your platform before your campaign officially begins. To enable this: 

  1. Go to the Campaign section and scroll down to the Campaign Setup. 
  2. Expand the Additional Settings by clicking the plus sign. 
  3. Toggle the switch to activate the pre-campaign registration. 

What does a “Notice message before the campaign starts” mean? 

This message appears on the SKALE Platform when your users attempt to access a campaign that hasn’t officially begun yet. It serves as a placeholder until the campaign launch date arrives. 

Can users register after the campaign ends? 

No, users will not be able to register after the campaign reaches its designated end date. 

What does a “Notice message after the campaign ends” mean? 

It is a personalized message that users can see after the campaign concludes. This includes messages displayed for: 

  1. User Registration 
  2. Main Game 
  3. Daily Challenges 

Rewards Marketplace #


What does Rewards Marketplace Validity mean? 

It refers to the timeframe during which a reward offered in the Rewards marketplace remains redeemable. In simpler terms, it is the expiration date for claiming or using a reward that your users earned. 

How can I set my Rewards Marketplace Validity? 

To set your Rewards Marketplace Validity, you can follow these simple steps: 

  1. Go to the Rewards Marketplace Validity section. 
  2. Click on the Dates Field: This will open a pop-up calendar. 
  3. Choose the Start and End from the calendar to define your validity period. 
  4. Click the Apply button to save your changes. 

What does the “Notice message for end-of-reward marketplace validity” mean? 

This message appears on the campaign to inform users about the upcoming expiration of rewards within the reward marketplace. It serves as a reminder to act and ensure they don’t miss valuable rewards.

A Social Share Image is a visual element that appears when your campaign is shared on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. It serves as a first impression for your campaign, grabbing attention and enticing users to click and learn more. 

What are the Social Share Image Requirements? 
  • Recommended Size: 1200 x 630 pixels 
  • Image Format: JPG or PNG  

How can I upload my Social Share Image? 

To upload your Social Share Image, you can follow these simple steps:  

  1. Go to the Campaign section and scroll down to the Social Share Image. 
  2. Click the Browse button and upload your image.

What is a Site Icon? 

A Site Icon, also sometimes referred to as a favicon, is a small image that visually represents your game on the SKALE Platform. It appears in several key locations: 

  • Browser Tabs: When your game is open in a web browser tab, the Site Icon displays alongside the game’s title, making it easy to identify amidst other open tabs. 
  • Bookmarks: If users bookmark your game within their browser, the Site Icon will be displayed next to the bookmark title, providing a quick visual reference. 
  • App Stores: The Site Icon might also be used as your game’s icon within app store listings, grabbing user attention in search results. 

What are the Site Icon Requirements? 
  • Aspect Ratio: 1:1 (square)  
  • Recommended Size: 512 x 512 pixels  
  • Recommended Image Resolution: 72 dpi  
  • Image Format: PNG 

How can I upload my Site Icon? 

To upload your Site Icon, you can follow these simple steps:  

  1. Go to the Campaign section and scroll down to the Site Icon.  
  2. Click the Browse button and upload your image.

Once you have customized your campaign setup page, take a moment to review everything before finalizing. When you are already satisfied, click the Save Changes button in the upper right corner.
