What happens when I enable a Challenge?
Enabling a challenge makes it live and accessible to users within your campaign. Here is a simplified breakdown:
- Identify the specific challenges you want to activate in the list of available challenges within the platform.
- You might have the option to choose multiple challenges simultaneously, offering players a variety of ways to win rewards like chances, points, or vouchers in your game.
- Look for a checkbox positioned next to the Challenge Title.
- Click the checkbox to enable the challenge.
- Once enabled, these challenges will typically be displayed within a dedicated “Challenges” section in your campaign.
How many Challenges can I enable at once?
The SKALE dashboard allows you to enable all five available challenges simultaneously for your campaign. This provides flexibility in how you structure your campaign and incentivize users.
Offline Engagement #
The Offline Engagement Challenge tracks in-store interactions by requiring users to either scan a QR code or enter a 6-digit PIN provided at the cashier.

What are the available Offline Tracking Methods?
Offline tracking methods include (1) scanning a QR code in-store or (2) entering a 6-digit PIN provided at the cashier. These methods are used to track user interactions in physical store locations.
How can I select the outlets for the Offline Engagement Challenge?
- Go to the Gamification section and scroll down to locate Challenges.
- Select the checkbox next to Offline Engagement.
- Fill in the required fields for the Challenge Details.
- Scroll to Reward Mechanics and choose your preferred tracking method.
- To enable the challenge for specific outlets, manually check the boxes next to each outlet. Alternatively, select the box next to the # symbol to apply the challenge to all outlets.
- Click Download QR Codes or Export 6-Digit Pins above the search bar to download and distribute them to your selected outlets.
Social Media Follow #
